the premiums are rising to the point i will not be able to afford the insurance for my older dog-just when she really needs it-feel ripped off!!!

Less waiting to speak to someone would be nice.
Less waiting to speak to someone would be nice. There was no wait on Friday to speak to Carmen but theee was at least a 10 minute wait today(Monday) I had to hang up and call back later and waited hat time also
