The claims experience was seamless. I was able to easily upload the invoices from the vet visits to submit the claim(s). The claims were reviewed and funds were received in less than 2 weeks. Each time my dog had an injury or illness (and there were several), I had peace of mind knowing that I had the Trupanion insurance policy for him. I have the highest praise and regard for Trupanion.

Highly recommend Trupanion! Claims are paid in less than 1 week after submission. Customer service is stellar! Submission process is a breeze online. Deductibles, once met for each condition, are met for the life of your pet! Trupanion costs more per month than most others, but I feel it's well worth it since you don't have to keep meeting a deductible every year for the same condition. Can't speak highly enough of this company!
