My claim was processed immediately and I received my reimbursement check within a few days. Thus far my claims for my pups issues have been honored. I highly recommend this company.

The form was easy to fill out and upload what I needed to.
The form was easy to fill out and upload what I needed to. Trupanion picked through my normal vet receipt for the portion of the visit that was covered (just the diagnostics). The only problem was that I had trouble getting the website to work in Chrome, so maybe check out whats up with that.
