So much faster getting a claim handled!
The time it took from submitting the claim, to its conclusion was so fast! I (Insanely faster than my previous carrier!). I made the mistake of not signing up for direct deposit so I’m still waiting to get reimbursed. I will be changing that next. Better communication. Very pleased.

Claims get processed within 2 weeks. Customer service always available and effective! My only negative comment is it is pricey; I have decided considering the cover i have for my senior pet and overall experience dealing with then (3 years) it is worth it
