From the time I signed up to the handling of claims, the folks who work here are very professional and most importantly, very, very caring. Claim handled just as you would hope....as expected and unbelievably fast. (wish my homeowners insurance company was half as fast!!!!) Would recommend Trupanion to all pet owners.
