Pet Best is the BEST
I did a lot of research on various Pet Insurance as wanted to make sure that I get the best coverage for my pet. I ended up choosing Pets Best and have been with them since March of 2019. It may take awhile for them to get back with you on your insurance claim due to this pandemic times but they do get back with you and I am very satisfied with the coverage I get from them. It has saved me a lot of money since I started with them and mostly I do not have to worry should my pet have some serious injury or sickness. I feel secure knowing that I got good insurance.

We are SO grateful to have Healthy Paws for our sweet doggo. This insurance has more than paid for itself, due to the amount of times we have had unexpected accidents, injuries, and illnesses... It has been so worth it and we have recommended it to everyone we know with a pet! It is so easy to submit a claim, and Healthy Paws lets you know right away that they are processing it, and you receive your reimbursement check very quickly. Highly recommend!

DIDN’T got covered by insurance
Didn’t get any refund because they said some stuff wasn’t covered bunk insurance. So don’t know if it’s smart to have an insurance where you don’t get anything :-( .

Money well spent
Filing claims on line or through the mail is very easy. And the response time is very quick. I have had this policy about 10 years and have not had to use it until this past 2 years - money well spent. I’m very satisfied with Trupanion

Super helpful and friendly customer service on the phone when I had questions! But I sure wish the deductible wasn't quite as high per condition/injury. We are having a lot of little $200 incidents for our puppy, but that hopefully will improve as she gets older and the coverage will cover more for us.

We chose Trupanion believing that we did not have to pay anything over our $500 deductible to our veterinary clinic and Trupanion and the clinic would handle the balance.
We chose Trupanion believing that we did not have to pay anything over our $500 deductible to our veterinary clinic and Trupanion and the clinic would handle the balance. This was our first claim and now we understand this is not the current process. We recommended Trupanion to our daughter and she signed on for the same reason we did. Disappointing that we had to file our first claim before we knew there had been a change in the process.
