Although I agreed to a $700 deductible I paid more than double that as they never considered diagnosis of the issue part of the incident.
Although I agreed to a $700 deductible I paid more than double that as they never considered diagnosis of the issue part of the incident. Also didn’t cover taxes that are part of the bill. I actually considered looking at another insurance provider but haven’t had time to do comparison shopping

Best Pet Insurance Out There!
Excellent pet insurance. Very easy to use and place a claim. Claims are processed very quickly. You are able to call and speak to a representative, which is wonderful. I love the fact that you have options regarding the cost. Covers many claims that others do not. And the fact that they do not have a lifetime cap is important to me. My big boy, Tripp, has placed a number of claims. Thank you Healthy Paws for giving me peace of mind about my dogs’ health costs.

Covering my cat through PetsBest is the best decision I could have ever made for him and I
I can’t express how grateful I am to PetsBest. First of all, it’s affordable for me each month. Like most people, I’m not made of money but my cat is my baby and I wanted him to be covered if he ever needed it. I work in animal welfare and I know things happen all the time, sudden illnesses, unexpected injuries, even just kitty colds develop. These things just happen and I wanted to be prepared for when they did. Even if you do everything right for your pet, health problems will still arise, they just do. Well 6 months into having this coverage, we needed it. My sweet cat swallowed a piece of one of his toys and it created a blockage in his stomach/intestine. I was worried beyond belief, and knowing emergencies are expensive made it even worse. But I double checked my policy and saw my plan covered emergency expenses. I put the costs on a credit card, knowing I’d be reimbursed later on, and I was able to focus on the well being of my baby. Filing a claim couldn’t be more simple, you literally just take a pic of your receipts and upload it, I did it all on my phone. Within 3 weeks, I was sent a reimbursement check that covered 90% of what I paid at the ER. I couldn’t be more grateful to PetsBest. And I’m happy with myself for choosing to go with them. My cat is doing amazing now. He is only left alone with toys that he can’t chew up, lol. Knowing he is covered for the future helps me sleep easier at night. I plan on adding the wellness plan to my policy when it renews. It costs a little more a month but it is so worth it. I joke and call myself the unofficial spokesperson for this company because I tell everybody about it! I recommend it to everyone I know who has pets. I literally forced my sister and my mom to get coverage for their pets. I told them they won’t be sorry and neither will you!! Thank you PetsBest ♥️

Makes giving my dogs the best possible care no problem
Healthy paws has been great. I got it for one of my dogs when he was a pup, the other was a little other.. to me its a no brainer. Over 10 years you may spend 5-10k or so on the insurance, but once the dog is older its much more likely to have complications come up that cost way more than that, and at one time also.. my dogs are both older now, 7 and 8, And i have had probably around 10k in vet bills already at this point. Healthy paws reimburses 80-90% of the bill and pretty quickly usually within a week. This gives me confidence that i can do whatever is needed to take care of my pups. Shelling out 20k for extreme surgeries when your pup is older could be impossible and heart breaking, but with healthy paws, knowing i will be reimbursed i am ready to do whatever is necessary to give my pups the best possible care.
