A life saver!
Trupanion has been a life saver!! After losing Luna’s brother to Diabetes and not having insurance it almost brought me to bankruptcy with all the bills left to pay! after this experience I immediately got my Luna 6 years old insured with trupanion and it’s been a breeze! I don’t know what I would of done without trupanion because now my Luna it’s an addisonian ! A life desease that requires constant care! Thank you trupanion for being with me on all of this!!!

I highly recommend Healthy Paws
I got Healthy Paws Pet insurance a little over four years ago for my dog Jax who I adopted. This January he got very sick with a rare condition called Sterile Nodular Panniculitis. He was in the hospital for a week, had surgery and is on all kinds of medicine. His treatment is ongoing. The costs for all was so high. I don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws. They covered 90 % of all costs indicated in my contract after my deductible. Claims were processed quickly, customer service so helpful for my many questions and payment made quickly. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

Caring for an older Dog.
The claim experience has always been good, unfortunately my dog is very ill and more medical treatment will be necessary. It is nice to have peace of mind with the expenses because an older sick dog is all consuming in and of itself.

Easy and Quick Claims Experience
Straight forward claims experience for $2600 claim for dog ingestion of foreign object requiring medical attention. I submitted my invoice and had a result within a few days. Sure Trupanion took off about $300 worth of not covered line items, but overall it was nothing wholly unexpected. Happy so far with the Trupanion coverage. A lot of negative reviews I've previously seen mentioned pet insurance as utilizing pre-existing condition as an escape clause. So to mitigate this our strategy was to buy insurance from the very beginning, meaning there's no possible pre-existing conditions. Furthermore, we are very proactive with monitoring our pet's health. So far it's worked out.
