Because I have it for my nine and a half years and never got one penny back. I am retired and my dog always goes for her shots and etc. I think you should take that in consideration and give seniors and senior dogs a break.

The representative was nice , listened to me but she couldn’t help with much ! I believe it’s not her fault and she has limits how to help since my complaint was about the coverage ! I feel that I’m paying too much for nothing in return and I am very disappointed of what the policy covers !!! Everywhere I turn it seems I keep paying deductibles and nothing much is covered ! Anyway my intention is to change and get something else , I am tired of the run around I’ve been getting with Trupanion!
