Fast, easy claim processing!
Claim was a no brainer. The vet’s office processed the claim and I received a check back lightning fast! Too bad my deductible isn’t lower but something back is better than nothing!

Overall pretty satisfied with the coverage but, not pleased that the premium increased almost immediately after making the first claim. I understand that’s how insurance works but, the premium should be a little less costly given what I know other people pay with different carriers.

Trupanion’s there when needed!
Trupanion has been there for us in the past and once again. I’d never own another animal without pet insurance. Having insurance allows us to provide emergency care when we need it. Further, Trupanion was recommended by our breeder and we have recommended to others. Thank you for being there when we need your help!

I got the insurance when we adopted our two dogs. As they were 8 weeks old we never dreamed we would need it so soon…our baby girl has epilepsy so the insurance is allowing us to take care of her needs. Thank you Trupanion

Service was good but I though coverage would be better.

Get Trupanion, they’re the best!
I am so glad that we got Trupanion for our dear Kitty. She is our baby and if not for Trupanion, we probably wouldn’t be able to handle the expense for her mastectomy. We were devastated when she was diagnosed with mammary gland tumors and possible malignancy. Imagine the shock when we saw the estimate one facility gave us! But Trupanion was there with us all the way through. They approved the estimates from both vets quickly and there was no hassle in terms of getting reimbursed. And if your vet allows it, they will even pay them directly, you don’t even have to bring out your wallet. Very fast and efficient, staff is also very caring, helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Trupanion, for helping Kitty and for helping us. ??????
