I have never collected anything from TruePanion ! I’ve been paying into it for 5 years and when my vet, VCA submitted claims they were denied! ?

Not happy with this insurance
I submitted claims for 2 ER visits (same issue) and second one hasn’t been covered at all yet. If I need to pay $1300, no reason to keep this insurance.

Trupanion makes me feel Secure
Trupanion has been wonderful . My Cosmo is 6 1/2 and has had a few problems since he has been born and without insurance my vet bills would have been very hard to pay out of pocket. I would definitely recommend this pet insurance to everybody I know

Simply The Best
Trupanion really is the best. Yes, it may cost a few pennies, but you get what you pay for. They are so efficient in dealing with claims. I do it all on my phone when I leave the vets office and am reimbursed within a few days! I have learned that cocker spaniels can be costly and Trupanion takes the worry away. Thank you!

I’m very upset that our premiums keep going up at such high percentages. It’s crazy that I pay so much. I wish I had gotten Healthy Paws coverage instead. Friends pay much less for this and still get good coverage.

Fast, easy claim processing!
Claim was a no brainer. The vet’s office processed the claim and I received a check back lightning fast! Too bad my deductible isn’t lower but something back is better than nothing!

Overall pretty satisfied with the coverage but, not pleased that the premium increased almost immediately after making the first claim. I understand that’s how insurance works but, the premium should be a little less costly given what I know other people pay with different carriers.
