Simple and mostly clear. I was however surprised by the $35 admin fee which I wasnât aware of until registration and should have been made clearer when the quote was provided.

Great Service.
It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Trupanion during a very difficult time. This is my first claim and I was very worried that they will make it difficult for me by asking multiple questions and make the process difficult as we know all insurance companies try to do. I was pleasantly surprised how easy to claim through the website once I opened an account and how quick they put the money in my account. Riki is doing so much better and came back to normal after he almost passed from a congestive Heart Failure at age 4.Thank you.

Purchased Trupanion 3 years ago and never need it. Now that my pup is 3 year old she got into a little trouble and Trupanion came to the rescue. I'm very thankful I purchased it when I did, never letting this coverage go:)

Do not appreciate increasing payment .
Trupanion did come through when we needed help with the surgery. The only reservation that I have with Trupanion is that the monthly payment seems to increase yearly, when I initially purchased the insurance I was told that as Cooper was still so young that the monthly payment would not increase...now it has almost doubled in 7 years, this is my disappointment with Trupanion.
