When Trupanion covers a medical procedure or “an expense” it goes pretty quickly if it is a condition that has been documented (with truepanion) already.

However, a lot of stuff is not covered....and my rates have gone up substantially from about 65/month to 120 a month over the duration of 6 years. I barely can afford this any longer. My deductable had to be increased to $500 “per condition” or event....also a lot, considering I am retired.

While not also the most easy online interface. Customer service is always friendly and don’t make people feel punished cause we couldn’t do something online. Also, only pet insurance that doesn’t increase due to pets age.

I am quite pleased with my pet insurance
I am quite pleased with my pet insurance and it didn’t take no time at all when I got my money back so if I get another pet I am definitely getting insured and I’ve have told us to my friends and family. It does take a lot of stress off of me knowing that my cat was insured
