Don't!
This is an awful company. They screw up what's needed for reimbursement, and you have to fight with them for weeks! They have jacked up the prices so much in 4 years, I'd switch if my dogs current conditions would be covered by someone else. I can't stand this company.

Older information that Yasmin explain to me was excellent
Our 6 years old Italian Spinoni dog Ella needed a tooth extracted and teeth cleaning and we were stunned by the bill. Trupanion showed up to help and covered 25% of our bill, $750.81 out of $1893.43. Easy Process
The CSR was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My call regarding forgetting my password was answered immediately. The only thing that wasn't mentioned, which I discovered after my email was updated, was that premiums could increase as a result of clients changing their personal information, such as address. Not a huge concern but important intel nonetheless.
