The claim took over two weeks I'm not sure where the problem was with the vet clinic or Trupanion but I had to get involved and get the records myself to send for review I don't feel this should have been my responsibility based on the amount I pay

Not the worst but could be better
Overall, there hasn't been any major problems or headaches but to have any form of affordability would mean the dedcutable would need to be at least $500. With that in mind and the fact that a lot of stuff isnt covered, so far i feel like i am just throwing money away every month even though I have sent over about 5 invoices over the last 2 years.

I don’t understand why one of my claims was barely covered and the other one approved, but no pay out was made? We pay large monthly premiums and have not seen much covered. I would prefer to see better explanations given on the decision/payouts.
