Trupanion is a life saver!
I can’t recommend Trupanion enough. We were very hesitant to get insurance for our rescue pup in the beginning but one of our friends highly recommended we do, as you never know what your pets health will be like. We did a lot of research and finally landed on Trupanion. We purchased when Humphrey was only 8 weeks old and we are so happy we did. As Humphrey got older we noticed something wasn’t right with him. So we started the long journey of tests, vet visits, specialists to discover he has kidney disease. Our vet bills and medication have been in the thousands and these costs are on going. Trupanion has allowed us to give Humphrey the best of care. It has helped us financially by covering his tests and medication (90% of cost). We don’t know what we would do with out Trupanion. So, if you are on the fence if you should get insurance for your pet I highly recommend you use Trupanion.

The process went smoothly but I was extremely disappointed to find out that of the $500 or so of expenses your company covered NONE of them regarding reimbursements.
The process went smoothly but I was extremely disappointed to find out that of the $500 or so of expenses your company covered NONE of them, regarding reimbursements. It certainly makes me question the wisdom of my initial decision. Are those expenses even accumulated toward some goal I need to reach for other 2022 expenses?

Good but do not like the way you increase the premiums annually.
Good but do not like the way you increase the premiums annually. I was led to believe the premiums were fixed as she was insured from her first vet checkup.
