Shortly after purchasing a plan from Pets Best, I had to submit a claim. Agents were very helpful answering my questions. Actually submitting claim was very easy also. Within several weeks I was notified claim wS accepted and payment was coming. I chose this company after reading great reviews and the cost of a plan was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pets Best!

Grateful for My Pet's Insurance
Trupanion was prompt and helpful in responding to the claim for my dog. I received Trupanion's payment extremely quickly via the post and was most grateful for that. Paying the insurance each month makes me realize how glad I am I do so. When it's needed, it is an enormous help.

Extremely happy and great customer experience
I am extremely happy with my experience with Furkin pet insurance. Their customer service is friendly and claims are opened and reimbursed very quickly. When we rescued our pup I knew that I wouldnât be able to cover any large emergency expenses if they came up, a reasonable monthly fee gave me the peace of mind to know I was covered in those events. Unfortunately our pup ended up with a fast progressing terminal cancer, having Furkin insurance spared me financial stress during this heartbreaking time. Up to and including the final bill, Furkin had us covered and I am so thankful. We will definitely be using them again for the next rescue!
