I previously had another insurance that was a complete disaster. I've had this one for a couple of months and just submitted my first claim. It was so easy and simple. Whenever I have any type of questions I can call and they are ready to help out, there customer service is amazing. I'm so happy with this pet insurance!

Slow to pay out claim
I’ve been with Pets Plus Us since getting my Puppy. I have made very few claims in the past 12 years.They’re slow to reimburse. My vet doesn’t have their claim forms, hence I have to take the form home & apply for my reimbursement. They are always asking for more details from the vet, which is a delay tactic. Holding my payment longer than necessary. I would not recommend this Company.

Because even though Iâve had a few hiccups with Trupanion. I still believe itâs the best pet insurance company and I feel confident Iâll get great treatment. I donât regret one moment of signing up 12 years ago. My little 4 legged girl deserves nothing but the best.

Do not recommend!
All of my claims were denied because my dog was born with the illness so then what is the point of pet insurance if it is not going to cover any of the future costs? I am very disappointed. I spend hundreds of dollars with Pets Best insurance for nothing and not including thousands of dollars I spent on my dog's vet hoping insurance will cover some of it. I do not recommend if your dog is prone to getting sick due to previous illness.

Amazing Pet Insurance.
Hello to everyone out there, I got MetLife Pet Insurance through my company's offering, and it is very safe to say that I am so happy that I did. I could not ask for a better Pet Insurance Company. I took my puppy to a vet due to his not eating and pooping diarrhea and a little blood and the vet cost me a little over a thousand dollars. I made a claim for the vet bill and within approx. 10 days, they sent me a check for almost $900. I cannot imagine what I would do without my insurance. Especially in these tough times. I strongly suggest you guys check MetLife out. Take care!
