My interactions with Trupanionâs have always been 100% spot on staff is always friendly and empathetic. And things just always happen fast and easy. Iâve been with Trupanion for over 10+ years with several of my dogs. I had my new puppy and insured it with another company because of cost as they were cheaper. Their customer service was terrible and I am happy all my girls are with Trupanion again. Never have to worry with you guys and we have had some big clams with my first dog.

Highly recommend!
We purchased this policy last year when we adopted our puppy. It is easily the best decision we made for her. The policy is easy to understand, the claim forms are straightforward (altho it helps that our vet submits on our behalf), and the claims are paid quickly. The policy has easily paid for itself in the last year. I researched other companies and the pricing was competitive, but MetLife's deductible was lower than everyone else's and their coverage was better. Highly recommend!

Puppy plan quick and simple
The sign up process was short and simple. The agent on the phone was knowledgeable and nice I was able to work with him to get a reasonable price and complete everything. Now I have insurance for my puppy and I feel better in the event of a situation.
