It has become VERY expensive to attain this service I don't know if I can afford it anymore.

It has become VERY expensive to attain this service, I don't know if I can afford it anymore. I've never once used these services. Vanessa was really nice and understood my situation. Was able to put my payment off due to hardship. 2 days before the next premium is due. This feels awful. Vanessa was nice, I'm sure this isn't her decision. I have a hard enough time with my own health insurance.

Trupanion to our Rescue

Our Golden retriever, Daisy, was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia when she was around a year old. It is bad enough to find out your baby is in pain without being faced with expensive vet bills. Being retired, I had protected Daisy by insurance her with Trupanion, to protect us from dealing with difficult decisions should an unforeseen sickness/accident. From the moment I submitted the estimate to payout, I felt cared for. So far Trupanion has covered over $18,000 .00 for us and has approved a further surgery for another 4500.00. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us and for making the whole experience easier.

Not sure what to make of Trupanion

I have had a very good experience with Trupanion until recently. All of a sudden they are raising my rates and making changes to the policy and how it works and how things are calculated. I find it very dishonest.

Insurance denied

Despite charging me an ever increasing monthly amount cumulating in a $167 per month charge (after the latest annual hike)... for $2500 coverage, $400 deductible, and a 90% reimbursement for a period of years, for 10 year old otherwise healthy dog, Fetch denied a dental claim of a little over $1500 based on (they said) a pre-existing condition. That condition being, a being a vet report in 2018 that stated mild tartar was present on the canine teeth. no treatment was recommended at the time., and no exclusion was noted when I signed on with Fetch a couple of months later. (despite them requesting all the vet notes from my vet). I have to say though, the reps on the phone were excellent, and totally understood my concerns and respected my decision to cancel the policies that I held with Fetch. save your money and go to an insurer that pays out. If a big claim happens, you need to know the insurance company has your back when you need it, and doesn't look for reasons not to pay

Great Experience with Healthy Paws

I have had a Healthy Paws plan for approximately 7 years. I have found the rates to be reasonable during this time. I recently filed a claim and was quickly reimbursed according to my plan’s details. The process was extremely simple and I was updated via email through every step.

Healthy Paws is the Very Best Insurance

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best insurance for your beloved pets! My Vet even gave me free coverage with another provider but I chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance because they have the very best coverage at the best price! - There are no caps on coverage which is very important if your pet requires surgery or even cancer treatment. - You choose your deductible and coverage! - They also cover Apoquel, which my Vet Dermatologist said other companies do not cover! - My 9 1/2 year German Shepherd Dog has been covered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since he was 8 weeks old and has allowed me to give him the very best care available! I recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to everyone!! They are truly the very best!!
