Great service!
Trupanion has been there for us & our Great Dane since he was diagnosed with his illness. We have been so very pleased with the speedy service we have received - submitting claims is so very easy & there is an immediate response from trupanion confirming . They truly care about our big guy! We highly recommend to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Strongly recommend
I strongly recommend Hartville pet insurance. First of all, read your policy and know what is covered and what isn’t, and then you won’t be disappointed and leaving poor reviews. That said, this insurance has been fantastic for me and my pets. I have had four dogs under policies and yes, it’s a big expense to carry pet insurance, but the knowledge that I never Have to worry about putting one down because I can’t pay a vet bill is worth the price. Hartville saw me through extensive vet, bills for surgery and cancer treatment for a beloved dog, and I trust them with my others. I certainly don’t know of an affordable health insurance for humans that has a $250 deductible! Customer service has always been excellent.

Insurance for pets is a necessity
As a Field Trial team there was always the possibility of injury in our sport and I took out insurance on Tundra just in case. Fortunately Tundra finished his career as an Amateur Field Trial Champion with out any major injury. One evening while relaxing at home, Tundra started to show signed of discomfort and less than two hours later he was in severe distress and showing signs of a bloated stomach. A quick trip to the ER was required.. Needless to say this illness is very serious and could cause death. Tundra has fully recovered and is back to old self. The treatment cost many thousand of dollars and without the assistance of Tundras insurance I would be financially devastated.
Claims were covered!
Peanut had a bite and needed extra care including surgery to repair his wound. Met Life covered all of it. Decisions were made quickly and I received a check in a timely. I thought the premiums were reasonable given what I was receiving. I did my homework and checked out other companies. Met Life offered me exactly what I needed for Peanut. Great experience so far!

Pets Best is the BEST
We decided to get pet insurance when our male cat Tizzy for four months old. Our niece, who had five different animals at the time, suggested Pets Best. We look at several different carriers and went with Pets Best. Tizzy became ill after surgery at five and a half months and Pets Best remitted our portion within 10 days time. He again became ill at almost seven months and each time he had to have a procedure or visit the animal emergency hospital, our payment was on time, within 10-12 days of his service. Filing a claim was easy online and the Pets Best staff keeps you apprised of the time frame for payment by email. Our Tizzy is healthy and happy finally and we are very happy with Pets Best coverage and their staff.

Excellent Insurance
Our entire family uses Pets Plus Us premium plan. Sadly my 11 year old pup required extensive surgery this year. While the best outcome is her continued recovery it’s also peace of mind that we have a great insurance plan and we have never had a bad experience. Nothing but positive praise.
Great pet insurance
I haven’t had to submit a claim yet, but it looks pretty easy in the app. Their customer service was great in getting me a discount I was eligible for but could not get it when submitting on my own. They were also helpful at explaining policies when I deciding between different amounts of coverage. Far better price wise than any other pet insurance too. The people at spot insurance were the opposite of helpful, so I’m glad I found met life.

Terrible rates, poor claim processing..worst insurance ever
My insurance went up to $283 a month, ridiculous for an 8 year old healthy dog. Will be cancelling of course…claims are a pain to send and process . Increasing premium by $100 a month is total robbery, wish I had never signed with this company.

Best decision I've ever made!
My 4-year-old rescue is recovering from acute kidney failure. He spent a week in the hospital and has had at least a dozen follow-up visits, lots of tests, and ongoing medication. His excellent care comes with a big price tag. Thankfully, I had made the decision for pet insurance -- and Healthy Paws has really come through! They cover exactly what they say they will cover, filing claims couldn't be easier, and reimbursement lands in my bank account within a few days. Without a doubt, Healthy Paws is a 5-star pet insurance provider!
