The best customer service ever!

I have been 100% satisfied with pet insurance with ASPCA. I Have had the insurance for 2 dogs over the last 10 years and never had an issue with them denying a claim or holding up any payments. It more than pays for itself.

So far so good

So far I am very pleased with nationwide. I know many pet owners that state how they wished they had gotten insurance on their pet. I am grateful every time I get money back from taking my dog to the vet. It's nice to be able to just focus on his health

Pet insurance that actually pays what they say they will

I have been very pleased with Nationwide. Not only do they cover emergencies but also routine vet visits as well as certain medications. We’ll be staying with this group for our pet.

Easy and quick to sumbit and receive

Claims are easy to understand and submit either by compute or mail. Turnaround is very quick with payments to you or vet. Cost is well within reason and necessary for 'peace of mind'. We have had ASPCA insurance for 10-12 years. Always been very glad we do.

Fast, caring processing of claims

For the second time, Embrace has helped us get through a major surgery for our dog. They process claims in a quick, straightforward way and have never given us any trouble covering our claims. With two major medical episodes in 2 years, the cost of insurance has more than paid for itself. It is the best decision we made for our dog and our finances!

Incredibly fast reimbursement

I have unfortunately have had to use my dog's Healthy Paws Pet Insurance twice. Both times the reimbursement was extremely quick and covered the claim minus deductible. I cannot be more pleased with Healthy Paws and am glad that I chose them over the all other plans available. It also helped that there was a 10% lifetime discount for AAA members.

Dental care

Marni had her yearly dental care including the week prior to surgery. Nationwide covered the majority of the procedure cost. I am so very pleased with Nationwide and would definitely recommend their service to all pet owners.

Reasonable cost, decent coverage, courteous prompt service

Being in healthcare, I know it is not easy to operate an insurance properly and be financially sound. These guys seem to provide as good a coverage as it gets for the money and the do it well. Good attention to detail.

Embrace helped Dave my dog's life

My dog, Otto, got sick, very rapidly. We went to the ER and they were going to run a barrage of tests because they didn't know what was causing it. They said we could wait because it was going to be expensive and they thought he didn't look critical. The next day he still wasn't better, so we decided that the cost didn't matter. Our little guy looked dreadful. We took him back. Turns out he has Addison's disease and if we had waited another day or even until that afternoon, he would have died. Embrace allowed us to not take money into consideration when saving his life. Since last month, we have had easily $5000 in vet bills between the three day ICU stay, one follow-up scare, injections every four weeks and blood tests every two weeks. Otto will need monitoring and monthly vet visits for the rest of his (hopefully) long life, so knowing there are no lifeline limits and they won't drop him is a huge comfort in our lives. There's no way I could afford his care without Embrace. I put his bills on my credit card and they process and reimburse very quickly so I never accrue interest on my card. It is a big relief. I recommend them to every pet owner I know.
