I recommend Trupanion all the time. I have comfort knowing that Odin s health issues can be treated and without worry about the expense. The monthly payment we make, started when he was a baby so it s just part of our regular bills, and it has been worth it. Reimbursement is very fast, and direct deposit is very convenient.

Excellent customer service
I picked trupanion because I could pick my deductable. They also don't change your rate based on the animals age. Of your rate is 20 bucks it stays at 20 bucks. They do vet direct bill. And I can literally call 24/7 and speak to someone with no wait time.

We are grateful we have medical insurance on our dog. I became a firm believer of it when I lost a pet to cancer many years ago. I couldn't afford the diagnostics, let alone any medical care. I swore that would never happen to me again. When we got our Bernese, the first thing I did was investigate medical insurance and chose Nationwide. Although my purpose was to be sure my pet was covered when she got older, we have had some issues with her health and having the insurance made everything so much easier. Thank you!

I wouldn't use any other pet insurance.
Our dog Ruby had a stroke of bad luck one week. Ruby was attacked at our local dog park and had a few bite wounds; she also was running in the woods with us and cut open her leg on a stick. I can't imagine what we would have done without Nationwide. Their app is so easy to use and I was able to submit our claims the same day Ruby went to the vet. They make it so easy and I love that Nationwide even checked in to see how Ruby was doing! Thank you for being so easy to use, friendly, cost-effective, and caring. We even have Nationwide for our two guinea pigs!

Being covered by Trupanion, PRICELESS
Kahlúa, my "son", has been healthy all these years. Near to celebrate his 15th birthday, has developed conditions related to his senior age. I'm so glad I decided several years ago to buy a medical plan for him. I take what it takes to get him the best medical care he needs and worry less for what it costs, because I'm confident that Trupanion will take care of expenses reimbursement (90%).
