Worth it for the coverage
A little pricey but it’s worth it for the coverage . You do get your refund checks back very quickly as opposed to other insurance companies

I Love love love this company!
I've had other pet insurance companies in the past who claimed to have great coverage. That was never the case. Embrace is really what they say they are... clear cut insurance with no hidden sublimits or fine print (and believe me I looked for it!). I submitted a claim recently that my prior insurance company would've cut and denied parts of. Embrace accepted the claim, and paid it minus my deductible and copay. Simple as that. For me, that's A HUGE promise for them to keep and they did!! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Always takes care of my furry babies
I have had ASAPCA health insurance for several years. The plans i have pay for just about everything including physical therapy. I do the direct deposit and file claims online so it's quick and painless.

Have used others - Pets Best really IS the BEST!
I used a company that took 4 months to reimburse a $4,000 claim. Used another one that had a deductible of $250 PER INCIDENT (always read the fine print!). Pets Best is far and away the best company out there. Claims are easy to submit, they have not denied anything I thought they would cover, and they pay directly into my bank account always within 4 days! There are so many ways an insurance company can "get" you, but Pets Best seems to really care about the pet and the owner. I've called a time or two to clarify coverage, and they have always been very nice and helpful (and easy to reach). I cannot recommend PetsBest highly enough and have, in fact, recommended them friends and people sitting in the vet's office knowing they're facing huge vet bills. Insurance is so important so you never have to choose between saving your pet and financial ruin!

This is the best valueless insurance combined with the best customer service!
This has been the best value pet insurance policy combined with the best customer service. My claims were processed with ease online and within 2-3 days. I also received follow up phone calls asking if my puppy was doing better and could they help in any other way.

Fair and ethical pet insurance company
Now that vets have all the same tools as people doctors (MRIs, lab tests, radiation, chemo, etc.) vet bills run pretty high. When Molly was a pup we decided to get insurance. After researching it and comparing we settled on Embrace and I’ve been very pleased. I like that you only meet the deductible once per year (not per ailment) and they’ve always responded to claims within two weeks and never contested anything our vet sends them. Some years we may have paid out more than we used but other years it’s balanced out. I definitely recommend Embrace. I love the wellness policy too.

Disappointing
I got this insurance for my pup at eight weeks. Initially I was happy with them. Then my dog turned three and Pet's Best began raising my rates and changing the terms of my insurance. When she was four she had a catastrophic injury and the insurance I had been paying for since the day I got her ran out in a matter of hours. My bills ended up exceeding $20,000 out of pocket and my dog was "insured".I was paying $84/mo which is a high rate yet their coverage was minimal because of the changed terms.

Exactly what I expected
I purchased the insurance with wellness through my employer benefits after getting numerous quotes from other companies. I am satisfied with the coverage so far- it is exactly what I expected and has paid claims just as policy notes.

Good program for younger dogs.
It's a good program for younger dogs. Mine are 23 and 14, under a $1000 deductble. Not really working for us since they have some long term pre-existing conditions. And with a nearly doubling if our premiums coming in March, we will drop the plan.
