This is the best pet insurance company out there
This claim was reimbursement for some Rx food and drugs for maintenance on my cat. I also submitted a visit for an ear problem for one of my cats. I originally purchased for just one of my cats but have been so pleased with the value for the money and the ease of the process, I now have all three cats on this policy. I recommend it every chance I get to other pet owners. This is the best pet insurance company out there.

Wellness Program and regular insurance
Wellness is not worth it on any of their plans. Submitted $200 claim and received $75. I can put the $20 a month into a saving account. I will at least be able to pay the whole amount off. I cancelled this policy and opened a saving account. One catch is that I also own a wellness and health plan for my other dog. You have to meet the deductible (whether wellness or regular claim). I was told that wellness would be like the other plan. I will be moving to another company as soon as this policy expires. I have met the deductible for this year so at least I am covered.

Do not buy this pet insurance
I turned in 2 claims. Received no feedback as to whether or not they would be paid. After 2 1/2 months I called. I was told the insurance does not cover diabetes because I have a “basic” policy. They never fail to take $45 out of my account each month but can’t even respond to several emails I sent them regarding the claims. I cancelled the insurance. Worthless!

Best Insurance Company I've Ever Encountered
This insurance works exactly as advertised. Very simple to understand insurance model where you decide on the amount of your premiums based on the amount of your deductible. Customer service is fast, friendly and always extremely helpful. Never any surprises or gotchas like you get from other insurance companies. I am so impressed with this company that I bought their stock.
