Can't get better than this
100% satisfied. We have insurance on 2 of our dogs and used both a couple of times in the last few years. People at Healthy Paw were always nice, caring, and they processed our claims fast.

Glad I got insurance for my dog
Nationwide (friendlier as former VPI) is timely enough with reimbursing insurance claims. I really only have one complaint. I just received email saying: "We're glad we could help out with the cost of the visit!" excuse me?! You're not "helping out". I pay a pretty high premium to make sure I can afford to keep my girl healthy. You're not "helping out with the cost". More like fulfilling your end of the contract. And surely that is much is appreciated.

Rates are a bit on the high side . I wish they were a little more affordable, especially since I have had only one claim that they paid only about 1/4 of . Less than a one month premium , which I have carried for 3 years now .
