We are so happy with the ins.
We are so happy with the ins. When Rosie,s bowel got nicked during spaying procedure and she was going to die We had to go to a special hospital to have emergency surgery. This was an expensive place and unexpected bill but Trupanion took care of the bill . Rosie is grateful too.Everyone who knew what we were going through thought we should put her to sleep but with the special hospital and Trupanion ins. We were able to afford to get her the best care needed Rosie is a very healthy chihauhau and has more energy than10 Chihauhaus. Again thanks to Trupanion ins.and good veteranians God Bless

We have been using Trupanion for years.
We have been using Trupanion for years. Recently we went from 0 to 300 and them1000$ deductible. But with rates continuing to increase 20% a year Truoanion is unaffordable for most. We love your service but costs are prohibitive.

The premiums are rising
the premiums are rising to the point i will not be able to afford the insurance for my older dog-just when she really needs it-feel ripped off!!!

You are amazing.
You are amazing. I've had other pet insurance companies that either charged huge increases to my policy or were very slowly to pay. I love that you sent my refund directly to my bank account. Your customer service reps are very caring and sympathetic. I told the employees at my veterinary office what exceptional service you offer. They were glad for the feedback so they're able to recommend Trupanion to other customers.

Helping to Keep Sheila Alive
We bought insurance through Embrace bc a friend recommended it. We bought it mainly for anything catastrophic, like cancer, autoimmune, cardiac. Thank God we signed up with Embrace. Sheila was very sick and had to be hospitalized for 1 week and then have a CT scan and follow-up appointments, etc. We have savings and were willing to dip into it, but were hoping Embrace would reimburse us. One by one, the approvals started coming in and within 1-2 days, money was deposited into our account. Thank you for easing our financial burden. We are unsure if we can have children, so our dogs are our world. We truly appreciate how wonderful EVERYONE has been at Embrace. Always friendly, courteous, quick, and attentive. I cannot recommend Embrace enough. They are a fantastic company and seem to truly care about the health and wellbeing of our pets. Sign with Embrace!!
