I love the personal care I received with my last dog, felt so sincere, my new pup just reached 1 year old last week, he has had so many issue with his stomach and we have made numerous trips to the vet , greatful for the added expense coverage

Trupanion offers the BEST Customer Service and Value
I actually have a cat AND a dog and both have had insurance with Trupanion the entire 11 years they have been alive. I selected my cat because he is the one I have filed a claim with in the past. EVERY time I have contacted Trupanion be it via email for a claim, or via phone with a question, they have ALWAYS been professional, warm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and are always concerned for my pet's well-being as well as mine! Some say pet insurance is expensive but that isn't true, it is MORE expensive to find yourself in a dire situation with no pet insurance. Trupanion's rates are reasonable but more importantly they offer me peace of mind in every way possible.

HE IS NOW GOING TO BE 13 YEARS OLD IN NOV...THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND HELP ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS....THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME IS THAT A COMPANY REP KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT (SO MANY REPS AT DIFFERENT KINDS OF COMPANIES ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL THESE DAYS..) Love my pet insurance
This is my second pet insurance and nationwide makes my life so much easier. I get my money fast with no arguments. My pet is doing much better, she couldn’t open her eye and had green stuff coming out. So I took her right in to her doctor and with some Eye drops in about a week it healed up. Luckily it was only on the surface not any deeper. I never hesitate to take them in because I have the insurance so the situation never gets worse. My pets have better insurance then I do.

Excellent coverage, please don’t raise premiums
I appreciate the coverage I can receive for my pup. I recently got a letter stating premiums for whole pet will be increasing by over 50% which I cannot afford. Please reconsider this. I will have to drop Nationwide if this happens.

Will never go without pet insurance again.
You just never know with your furbabies what will go wrong. I will never not get Nationwide Pet insurance for my dogs again. They have low deductibles and low monthly payments. It has already paid for itself many times for us. Knowing that we are most likely going to be reimbursed helps take the stress off of any and all testing that is necessary. Our rottweiler has some Gi tract disease and we have spent thousands on different testings and medicine trials to get him comfortable. We luckily have been reimbursed for a majority of the bills. It is a blessing. Get your pets insured while they are young because you never know what may happen!!

Dog who gets into trouble!
Never has pet insurance before and never had any unusual issues with any of my pets. Got a new dog at the same time the company I was working for offered pet insurance. The cost was reasonable so I signed up. Best thing I ever did. She has has acl surgery and this time got into a bag of garbage and ate about 20 chicken wing bones and several shrimp shells.

Don't like deductible
Although I think the insurance is good, I don't think it's fair if Trupanion has a sick pet to keep having to pay a deductible for every illness. That seems a little extreme. Even if Trupanion had to lower the percentage that Trupanion pays back a little to make up for it, when we have high deductibles like me because I can't afford the monthly payment with a low deductible I just don't think it's right
