Outstanding beyond my expectations
My 1yr old chocolate lab decided to swallow a rock the size of a golf ball while. After him throwing up and whining I knew it was serious. The surgery cost be $2500. I submitted the claim and with in 9 days Hartville had already direct deposited the money back into my account. Prior to Hartville, I had AKC pet insurance, paying $45 a month, $3000 annual limit, $1500 per incident and $500 deductible and only 80% is paid back. I found Hartville and now, I pay $67 a month for $10,000 annual limit no per incident level, $250 deductible and I get 90% back. I truly am grateful I switched. To make things even sweeter, a Representative from Hartville called me the day the money was deposited to check up on Cooper, make sure he was healing and feeling better and to ask if there was any more they could do. I admittedly told Bob I was worried they were going to try and drop me after that claim, he assured me that Hartville would never drop us and we could continue to put claims in as long as they were covered. That’s real customer service and peace of mind! Highly recommended!!

so simple and easy and WORTH IT!
I was hesitant to sign up for pet insurance and we already had 2 dogs. But when we adopted our third dog my friend said I should look into it. I never knew how much I could had saved if I had signed up a long time ago. It was so simple and easy and we are benefiting a lot from the upgrades we chose because I get mine groomed often. I never knew I could use the insurance on something like grooming! Totally recommend Embrace and regret not looking into it sooner!

Possible brain tumor required an MRI at K-State Veterinary Hospital.
I have 3 Irish Setters. All three are insured with Pets Best. My 10 year old Tanner, started having seizures, and an MRI was required to rule out a brain tumor. K-State is an amazing facility, and diagnose was late on set idiopathic epilepsy. So relieved it was not a brain tumor -epilepsy can be controlled with meds! Bill was over $2000,00....without Pet's Best, not sure we could have afforded to give Tanner the best possible medical care, and go forward treating him with a proper diagnose. I would highly highly recommend Pet's Best for anyone who has pets, and wants to provide them with the best possible medical care.

Very fast and easy
Very fast and easy claims process. However, I wish the examination fee was also reimbursed because there s really no way of figuring out what s wrong with the animal unless its examined. Also I feel that the medication should have also been reimbursed since it was given to counteract the cause of why he was sent to the emergency room (separation anxiety).

Little things are scrutinized
not because of bad service from my recent conversation with a TruPanion rep, but because the insurance does not cover as much as I thought it would and every little thing is scrutinized even worse than my own health care plan. I would rate around a 1 or 2 but the customer service is usually pretty good, it is the actual insurance that is not up to par
