Sam was great.
Sam was great. I work at a vet hospital and it seems like trupanion is getting harder and harder to get claims approved. There is always some type of" loop hole" that is found and it's denied and then the dr needs to write a letter for it to finally get approved. My premiums keep going up (which would be expected) but I feel like it went up a few months ago and it just went up again.

Prices increase
Prices get higher and higher every year. Only way to reduce it is to increase your deductible. Just realized there can be several deductibles applied each year based on what you're treating. I thought it was an annual deductible like other insurances normally are. Less and less happy every year and every time I use it.
