This insurance is worth the money. Austin is a rambunctious, busy Italian Greyhound. It's nice to know that we have some insurance to help if he needs it in an emergency.

This was the first time we enrolled a pet in a pet insurance policy and we couldn't be happier with our selection of PetsBest. Our first claim was for routine care (booster shots) and with the add on of routine care coverage our claim was processed quickly...direct deposit of benefit payments is a real plus! So far, we love PetsBest.

pet insurance is very important
I believe pet insurance is very important to allow one to provide quality care for our furry family. I have been happy with Trupanion's 90% coverage, and their quick and professional service. My only issue has been with the monthly cost. It's a little high for a low income family.

Positive experience
No matter who I talk to or deal with I have always had a positive reaction or answer to my questions and any claims I have made have been done very promptly. All animal owners that I speak to I tell them to get an insurance for their pets and I have always said how happy I have been with Trupanion. I learned the hard way, my first dog was not insured and I had wished that I had especially since she had a 3000$ operation, while waiting for this operation to be completed it was there that I saw a flyer about insuring your loved 4 legged ones. We got a new dog because the first one passed away and right away we got an insurance for her and as of today she is still alive and beating all odds and she is 13 1/2 years old, according to the vet Customer Service was supposed to last until 12 years of age.
