We have a large mixed breed 20 month old dog and our insurance plan has helped us to get him the best possible care. We inquired about specific services before taking the plan and we have had no trouble seeing reimbursement according to our plan. It’s super easy to submit a claim and claims are processed quickly. Great communication from Nationwide as they process the claim.

We could not have done it without pet insurance unless getting severely into credit card debts. Once the claims have been submitted we have always gotten paid in less than a week. Friendly team, easy to reach and talk to. Never had a problem and again great coverage! Our baby had multiple issues since she was a puppy! Never expected that! Highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner!

Great program, so glad to have our dogs insured! Payment could be faster, though.
I LOVE Nationwide Pet Insurance! We have the My Pet Protection With Wellness, and it helps tremendously knowing that not only can we take care of our dogs if they become ill or injured, but that we won't be financially devastated if they do. They only criticism I have is how long it takes to receive the payment once the claim has been submitted. Usually more than 3 weeks, even with electronic payment.

The insurance is affordable out of all other pet insurance that I checked and the claim reimbursement turnaround time is outstanding and last but not least the customer service is great!!!!!

Highly recommend Trupanion
I believe a responsible pet owner needs pet insurance due to the high costs of vet care. We can afford you plans but two of our adult children cannot afford your fees, which leaves their pets uninsured. Our breeder recommended your plan and she had arranged a new puppy coverage for X days. We just continued the plan.

As long as I have had Trupanion for my pet I have never had to worry about how I'm going to pay for the medical bill to get the treatment or surgery for my dog.
As long as I have had Trupanion for my pet, I have never had to worry about how I'm going to pay for the medical bill to get the treatment or surgery for my dog. The only downfall of Trupanion is that it keeps going up every year and it could come to a point where it is way too expensive to keep the insurance. I might have to shop around at some point. But otherwise I think it is a great idea to have pet insurance for our furbabies.
