Thought all wellness was was covered but there’s an annual cap. Not much of a cost savings having to pay monthly and not having all wellness covered in full.

Nationwide is the best thing I ever did for my dog. I could never have afforded the care he needed in his first year and a half so the outcome would have been heartbreaking. My only complaint is the time it takes to get reimbursed, especially for simple office visits with vaccines. I can understand that a more involved procedure would require more time to review but the routine charges could be processed much quicker. That is my only complaint and again, i’m So glad I made the decision to go with Nationwide! I recommend Nationwide to every dog owner I know!

Excellent cost-effective care for our beloved pets
I have chosen the most complete coverage that includes reimbursement with medicine expenses for example and I am very satisfied. The payment is made in average one month after the submission of the claim form. It was definitely a good choice.

i have had other companies over the years of owning pets but by far this is the best one i have ever had dealings with the price is good and you can pick what you need for your needs so far my policy has paid for its self since i have been with them and more then satisfied I have a cat and dog both are insured

So grateful
My cat cookie was wounded unexpectedly one weekend. My husband and I noticed on Monday morning that her arm was extremely swollen. It was so swollen we thought it might be broken. We rushed her to the emergency vet and she had a dangerously high fever from an infection. She had to stay overnight at the vet. They were able to find her wounds and treat them. We picked her up the next day and continued her treatment at home. The vet bill was very expensive and we spent the money thinking maybe the pet insurance we had would give us something back from what we spent. I spoke with the front desk worker at the vet and let them know we had pet insurance. They handled all of the communication and paperwork with Pets Best. I did not have to do a single thing towards her claim besides tell the vet that we had insurance. I had expected to get nothing to little from the pet insurance, mostly because I signed up for pet insurance thinking it was better to have than not, but not knowing much about what I was signing up for. I am so glad we signed up! We got way more back than we were expecting and it was a huge relief for us financially. I tell everyone I know with pets to get pet insurance know, it is worth it for when you may unexpectedly have to pay a lot of money for your pet's treatment in an emergency. Cookie is doing so much better and we are so grateful that Pets Best was there when we needed them!

Best Pet Insurance
I signed up for the Best Pet insurance at a festival two years ago and have not regretted it at all. My dog had a herniated disc last year (fortunately did not require surgery) but I knew that if she did have to have surgery it was covered, and I didn't have to worry about costs. They've been helpful, quick and courteous over the years and I have peace of mind knowing that my sweet girl is covered.
