Murphy needed to have a mass removed from his paw. Luckily it was benign, but still the surgery was quite costly. Nationwide reimbursed us for the surgery.

Best decision we made to get Embrace insurance
4th retriever we’ve had and never had insurance. Unfortunately and sadly we had 2 medical problems that ran into quite a few bills with our previous dogs . Hopefully we won’t need to use the accident or sick part of this insurance but the wellness part was so worth it. Very happy with Embrace and impressed with the speed claims are completed.

nationwide pet insurance is AMAZING! The monthly payment is very fair considering the coverage they provide! They covered my dogs IVDD back surgery and emergency visit to the vet. Very reliable and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Negative experience
My husband and I have had very negative experiences with Trupanion. The monthly fee is high, and the deductible is so high that our vet bills were often less than the deductible, and we rarely get to use the insurance as a result. We feel like we are wasting $40 monthly.

I'm always more than satisfied
I'm always more than satisfied with my claims experiences. Any time I've made a claim It's processed quickly and any time I've had an issue It's corrected immediately. I am extremely happy with the service I consistently receive.

Increase of 29% over a year
Cause you gave us an increase of 29% over a year. We had 1 small claim in the past 3 years. This is totally unjustified. According to your 3rd quarter earnings I see no reason for a 29% increase.

They were wonderful
My poor dog tore his ACL, we were nervous and worried about him but having the piece of mind that we can get him any care he made need thanks to Trupanion made things a little easier. They paid the claim quickly and at 90 , they were wonderful.
