I found the customer service very friendly
I found the customer service very responsive and friendly. I don't give Trupanion a higher rating because I pay high premiums every month and only 60 of my claim was covered.

Not sure its worth it
We have had Insurance for 6 years and filed several claims but have never met a $250 deductible and have never been reimbursed. Not sure it is worth the extra cost.
