Negative experience
My husband and I have had very negative experiences with Trupanion. The monthly fee is high, and the deductible is so high that our vet bills were often less than the deductible, and we rarely get to use the insurance as a result. We feel like we are wasting $40 monthly.

I'm always more than satisfied
I'm always more than satisfied with my claims experiences. Any time I've made a claim It's processed quickly and any time I've had an issue It's corrected immediately. I am extremely happy with the service I consistently receive.

Increase of 29% over a year
Cause you gave us an increase of 29% over a year. We had 1 small claim in the past 3 years. This is totally unjustified. According to your 3rd quarter earnings I see no reason for a 29% increase.

If it wasn't for Trupanion�
My dog Abbie has lymphoma. If it wasn't for having Trupanion Pet Insurance, I wouldn't t be able to afford treatments. I have recommended this to numerous friends and family and they all signed up because they see how great Abbie is doing.

They were wonderful
My poor dog tore his ACL, we were nervous and worried about him but having the piece of mind that we can get him any care he made need thanks to Trupanion made things a little easier. They paid the claim quickly and at 90 , they were wonderful.

Nothing but positive experiences
I have had nothing but positive experience with Trupanion. I refer you to everyone I know with a pet. My dog Rigby has had many health problems and Trupanion has provided support with no questions asked. Without the insurance coverage my doggo would not be alive.

Thanks for being so prompt
Thanks for being so prompt with your reimbursements. It was never more than 1 and a half weeks before I received a check in return. The last year my dog was quite sick and the amount that my insurance went up was more than the cost what I paid out per mo. It became too expensive to continue on with insurance for the following year.
