Never have a problem with claims
I never have a problem with claims since I can e-mail them in as attachments. Of course I wish I could have a plan with no deductible but I understand that it wouldn't be a popular product and probably unaffordable for most customers. I wish though that I could get a supplemental or wrap around for dental in particular. Sasha is a tiny Chiwawa so she will lose most her teeth as compared to larger dogs. It requires more cleanings. The $100 reimbursement for 2 cleanings is not realistic here on the East Coast. Why? Because the vet has to do the bloodwork before to make sure she is healthy enough before he does any dental work.

Efficient with claims
I love the efficiency on the claims, I think if Trupanion has an incident the exam fee should be included in it. I am not thrilled with the premium going up every year. its creeping up there. I 'might have to cancel the insurance if it keeps going up. I cannot afford it

A Must
Just adopted a rescue kitten. Decided to seek out Pet Insurance at encouragement of our local Vet. After researching Embrace appeared to be the best benefits for price. Could not have made a better decision! Claim submitted on day of service by Vet Clinic and confirmation of claim status received same day...seamless...doesn’tget any better! Thank you Embrace!👍

My Bichon Frise is the second dog I have insured with TRUPANION! That should tell everybody how pleased I am with this Insurance! No matter what wonderful great species appropriate life you create for your dog... something can happen... and it is never good! My dog is with me 24/7 and beside the very best of "everything" (diet, exercise, grooming, love,) anything can go wrong suddenly! Because of my previous experiences with this Co. I had this dog insured with them 4 weeks after we brought him home...and I would never have another dog unless I can insure him right away.Gratefully, Lindi and Pyxie (the Bichon) in North Carolina!
