Very satisified with our Pets Best Medical insurance policy
My husband and I live on our retirement income. We have incurred several big expenses this past year and without our pet insurance we would have had to take out a loan to cover Otis's vet bills for his past surgery. We are very satisfied with our Pets Best Medical insurance policy. MIT has been almost two weeks since Otis had his leg surgery and he is doing very well. Thanks

As a Labrador Retriever breeder I know 'home-time' adjustments are stressful on pups - and that these curious 'toddlers' are eager to put everything and anything into their mouths! I want to send them home with the best start possible, and Pets Plus Us is a part of that. The added assurance of sending them off with Pets Plus Us coverage brings peace of mind that our pups will have the best veterinary care because bills will always be manageable. Pease of mind with pet health insurance
I have been very thankful for having Nationwide insurance the last few years for my English Bulldog. She has been extremely healthy and we mainly used her coverage for regular yearly checkups. Unfortunately we are going to have to cancel or change coverages for our baby since Nationwide has increased premiums for next year by over almost $90.00 a month. We will not be able to pay $200.00 a month for her health cover. We have had great experience with Nationwide and hate to change companies but this price increase is crazy.

Best purchase for our pet
Pets Best Insurance has been the best purchase we have made for our pet, hands down. Our puppy had a series of bad luck events early on, but Pets Best allowed us to easily and quickly file our claim and reimbursed us for all of the expenses that were clearly laid out in our policy, no questions asked. We would recommend Pets Best for all pet owners. Thus far, we are very satisfied, and plan to be Pets Best customers for the duration of our dog's life.

Highly recommend this insurance
I already shared / recommended PetsBest to two of my friends following my dog Charlie's sad diagnostic and the hospital charges that resulted from his disease. Kindness of the staff, process efficiency - I highly recommend this insurance. Additionally, the monthly costs are minimal.

Not sure if it's worth it
I signed my animals up to cover things as they are getting older. I did not want to have to worry about how to pay for things and this was supposed to be hassle free. I am now finding out that unless I had signed them up as babies you will find a way to deny everything by finding ways to link them to so called pre existing conditions. I have had three claims denied on this basis. If Trupanion looks hard enough they can find a way to call just about anything a pre existing condition based on loose connections. If our personal insurance did this nothing would ever be covered. This is not a good way to do business. I have 6 pets signed up with Trupanion. I now have to decide if it is worth keeping them all insured since it is becoming apparent that Trupanion will not cover anything.
