Nationwide is SLOW TO REIMBURSE
The one time i called customer service he was GREAT. Although, i think their reimbursements could be a bit speedier!!!!

Can’t believe we are getting so little on bill submitted
Had tumor and a cyst remove at same time and was charged deductible on tumor and cyst separately so from over $800 bill we are getting $16. Maybe not worth paying $70 a month and just take chance and hope for the best.

Everything was easy
Everything was easy I just wish the refund was quicker, it used to be but the last few claims took around 11-12 for the money to show up in my bank.

Figo lives up to the hype. Their customer service is top notch. Very fast response time. The app is user friendly and convenient. My last claim was processed literally in less than 3 hours. I was skeptical about getting insurance for my dog Dexter, but I'm so glad I did. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis just after his 10th birthday, about 6 months after coverage began.
