Great insurance, necessary for every pet owner
Unfortunately my boxer is still young and chews and eats everything. We were lucky to catch in time and go to hospital. Nationwide helped a great deal of not we would seriously be hurting in our budget trying to raise money. Much need assistance for pet owners with young chewers.

I wouldn't have been able to have able to treat my dog without this insurance.
I've had coverage on my oldest dog with another company. I was able to cover all three of my dogs for just a little more than I was paying for one dog. The customer service with ASPCA couldn't be any better. If you don't want to have to worry about being able to afford to treat a sick pet, get this insurance now.

They been terrific for my baby for 14 years!
VPI/Nationwide have been terrific for my Pom for 14 years, and she’s had her share of troubles. There was a large jump in prices this year, way more than just due to an age increase, which almost priced me out. Also, make sure you insure from the time your dog is a puppy so you don’t have to deal with pre-existing condition exclusions.

Was very relieved to be reimbursed for our visit on a Sunday. Mac was diagnosed with a back issue and had to have x rays. Not only was I relieved our vet (& friend) took the time for an emergency on a Sunday, but SO happy to received a check which helped cover a good part of the charges. Poor Mac has seemed to have issue after issue. It gives a sense of relief to know we have some help in covering what would be very high costs. Thank you!

So Happy with decision to purchase this insurance for our dogs years ago.
We purchased health insurance for our two dogs many years ago. For us it has been so worthwhile. The coverage for both well and sick care is excellent. It makes the decisions about specific tests and unusual care easier knowing we have help with the cost. I highly recommend people with pets to consider getting this.

Better than I expected!
As a first time dog owner and hearing of all the pet emergencies my friends and their pups have endured, I thought I’d start my pup right away. I’m so glad I did! I woke up one morning to my 11 mo. old black lab unable to walk and whining...which I’d never heard him do before! After vet appointments, sedation, X-rays, medicine, referrals, and surgery, my pup is on the mend. I’m not worried too much about the vet bills as I picked a good deductible and percentage of bill payment that works for my financial situation. The claims have been really easy to submit by snapping a picture with my tablet and uploading it to the site. My return payments have come back quickly and directly go in my checking account. I’ve passed on FIGO praise to all my pet owning friends.
