So Happy to have the Peace of Mind with Nationwide Pet
Nationwide has been great coverage for my sweet girl Peanut the Chihuahua. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing I can keep her healthy and safe. The Whole Pet with Wellness is a fantastic policy. I will not have a pet without this.

Easy reimbursement process
We are very pleased with Nationwide. We have the Wellness package which pays for our senior dog’s office visits, monthly flea & heart-worm medication, teeth cleaning, lab work, X-rays and vaccinations. Recently, our dog ruptured his ACL. Total bill was approx $5,500. We faxed the claim to Nationwide and they promptly reimbursed 90%. I can honestly say that our dog has better health insurance than us. If only human health insurance would step up, we’d all be a lot healthier.

Easy. To use app & excellent customer service!
I researched which insurance to purchase and picked ASPCA because it has so many options at a reasonable price. The app is Simple to use and easy to upload your vet bill. I uploaded the document and was reimbursed in less than a week! Customer service is super friendly and helpful; would highly recommend.

I never feel torn about taking my pets to the vet now that I have this insurance. I know that they are covered and we can afford to get them any help they may need. It is such a relief knowing that I can keep them safe and healthy.

Easy claims, great customer service!
I had been a customer of another insurance company for years. All of the sudden, they became nitpicky, difficult to work with, and customer service did a real nosedive. They would not answer emails, forcing me to call, then the wait times were horrendous. To submit a claim, you had to have the vet fill out a form, then scan the form and invoice in, and upload it to a portal. Ugh. I decided to switch, and I am very happy with Figo, the new company I went with. Customer service on the phone and in emails has been stellar. They have a GREAT app for uploading claims, and a very fun social element. Figo only requires doctor’s notes, which my vet can email to me. No filling out forms! Figo also gives you collapsible water dishes with a caribiner for each pet and a collar tag with a unique number that can be used to locate your pet, should they become lost. Figo covers things unusual, such as boarding fees if the owner has an emergency and has to be in the hospital. Go look, and see all of it! My puppy got a very serious illness at eight weeks old. It was pre-existing in my last policy. As I expected, it would also be pre-existing with Figo. The biggest difference is that my last company refused to cover ANY signs of the illness (such as coughing, no matter the reason). Figo is different! My dog’s illness was deemed “curable,” and I could apply for an exception after she was illness-free for 12 months. Um, wow. They do not guarantee your appeal will be granted of course, but with the last policy having NEVER as their rule, this is great! I am so happy that I chose Figo, and I think you will be too. Their premiums are competitive, as well. Check ‘em out!

Nationwide Pet Insurance has saved our Goldendoodle because without the amazing coverage we wouldn't be able to afford his meds.
Love this Company! Henry has allergies from birth and Nationwide's coverage of his appoquil and heart worm and tick and flea protective along with those occasional illnesses is just a life saver. We are semi retired and could not afford these meds without this awesome coverage. We are so thankful for the people who work there, their kindness and the reliability of the coverage....This is our second Dog to be covered and we wouldn't think about anyone but Nationwide! We have also recommended it to many friends....

Best insurance I ever bought
Nationwide has been a blessing to us. Our pug has liver cancer and we have had over 12,000 in cost but nationwide has paid for 90 percent of it. They are a awesome company and I highly recommend them!

Didn't believe pet insurance could be this good!
I have had pets (cats) for 30 years and never had pet insurance, until we got our dog, Bailey - her inquisitive nature resulted in frequent visits to the ER. My company offered Nationwide Pet insurance as a benefit. I signed up and have been delighted - very easy to sign up, very easy to file a claim, and as the plan stated, I received my repayment checks quickly, without question. I am truly delighted. The repayments have already paid for my first year of premiums! This could not be any better.
