Super Easy and Helpful
Honestly not sure what my wife and I would do without this coverage. It has been a blessing. Our dog has had some unfortunate luck and we want the best care for him and you have allowed us to do that for him.

I was under the impression once you had on office visit for an ailment everything connected to that visit would be covered 90%.
I was under the impression once you had on office visit for an ailment everything connected to that visit would be covered 90%.When I spoke to Chad I was told you have to pay in full for a visit every time you walk in the door. Even to get test results for that particular illness. When I bought the insurance I was told the illness would be covered up to 90% once diagnosed. I find that very misleading especially when I've been paying $78.00 a month for 5 years without one claim.

I highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance; you hope you don't need it but they will be there for you and your pet if you do!
We researched different pet insurance companies/programs when we first got our puppy three years ago, and decided to go with Nationwide. I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about the company or the plan and cannot imagine what our life would be like without it! They are quick to respond if you have a question, submitting claims is super easy, and funds are deposited directly into our account in a reasonable amount of time. Never any issues! We have the Whole Pet with Wellness Plan and I highly recommend it to anyone getting a puppy. It covers her flea/tick monthly treatments, vaccines, testing when she's sick - it's great! It's one of those things you hope you never have to use but if/when you do you're so thankful you have it. Sadie got pancreatitis and was pretty sick - thanks to Nationwide we could afford her vet bills. One time she had to get several x-rays and almost needed surgery for an intestinal blockage. I remembered a friend who went through the same thing and paid thousands in vet bills. If I had to make the decision to do surgery, wondering if we could afford it would not have crossed my mind because I know Nationwide would have been there for us and Sadie. I've recommended to any of our friends getting a pet. Highly, highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with Natiowide. The response to my claims are beyond my expectations
Nationwide is amazing in their response. It has been beyond my expectations. Which they would increase their payment for certain procedures, but overall they are great

So Grateful!
People often question if pet insurance is worth the expense. Some years we may pay more than we get reimbursed for routine appointments and vaccines. However, when the BIG things have come up, like dental surgery and cancer (for two of our dogs), Nationwide reimbursed us 100% of the very large expense - SO worth it!! The claims are very easy to submit and we appreciate how quickly they are processed. We especially love the convenience of the direct deposits from Chase bank when we have reimbursements coming.
