We usually pay the full vet bill before we leave the office, and wait for Trupanion's reimbursement to show up in our checking account, which usually happens the next day. This time I decided to wait for Trupanion to pay their share and they paid within a few minutes!

This was the initial vet visit for a new dog I adopted. I was very pleased and surprised that this visit was not put under the deductible and was paid very quickly! Great Insurance Plan
I've been with you several years, Insurance Plan is great along with Customer Service. However claim reimbursement has slowed down significantly, I would say over the past year to 18 months. I was signed up to get reimbursed directly to my bank account. It worked fine for a little while, but stopped working. I tried several times to get it corrected but was never successful, so I'm back to receiving a check. The automated reimbursement system seems clunky or your staff isn't well educate on it.
