Made easy
Made easy by the Vet's office, who forwarded the bill and claim to Pets Best. My only problem is that although you have been applying my bills to my deductible, I do not know how close I am to satisfying my deductible. A summary of the total of my bills and how close I am to fulfilling my deductible would be much appreciated!

Fast reimbursement
They were late at attending my claims but they emailed me to let me know the reason who. The reimbursement was very fast and whatever refund I had was deposited to my account. Very happy to have Pets best insurance for my dog, Tino.

Straightforward

I really thought my claim was not going to be paid because Coco had no other previous vet records other than when he was a baby and was just about to cancel his policy. But it happened and quickly and the automatic debit payment was awesome! Thank you so much!
