Well worth it!
Once my preapproval claim was finalized, Trupanion responded. Once the procedure was done, I submitted the invoice and Trupanion responded immediately with a statement of coverage. Total was as I had expected check was received immediately! Great experience.

Quick Claim Submission

Super fast turn around time!
I sent in a couple claims for my pup and had the reimbursement direct deposited in my bank account in less than 2 weeks. It's never been so fast and it came at a really good time since his most recent visit was so expensive. I also loved that I received a message checking in on his well being. That was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Love the pet insurance, just wish I could put my claim in online.
I love the pet insurance we have through Nationwide. I get paid quickly, and the payment process is super easy. I only wish that the claim process was easier. Instead of having to fill out a document, and email it, I would love to see an online form that I can fill out, attach my receipts, and hit submit. That would be wonderful.
