Very good support on processing claims and issuing reimbursement
Claims process resulted in very prompt reimbursement. It would be a little easier if the claim form could be filled out on line and then only scanning the supporting invoice would be necessary - but this is a minor inconvenience

Simple process - great experience
I had a very large unexpected vet bill. I reached out to Healthy Paws and asked if they could send the money directly to my vet. Within a week my vet received the check via fedex. Great service and claims are super simple to file through their app.

Nationwide is by my Biscuit's side
So glad I have choosen Nationwide pet insurance. My sweet Biscuit, a Yorkie, has gone through trying times this year from inflamed joints to poisoning (the grape fiasco) and Natiinwide has provided for 99% of the medical vet expense coverage, allowing me to care for my senior pup, as opposed to having to worry about expenses.
