Trupanion web page makes it easy to log in and submit claims. I appreciate receiving confirmation emails when the claim is received, being processed and approved. I also appreciate that the checks are processed in a very short time. The cost for the policy is expensive, but it's worth the cost when reimbursements are handled well and fairly.

simple and painless
submitted claim for (2nd leg) ACL surgery. Submission process was quick and easy via iPhone. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I called to check on missing info (my fault) and then on claim status. Reimbursement was auto-deposited into my bank account. Quick and easy.
