Trupanion is paying for my dog's medicine. I pay my portion and they pay the rest. They pay my vet right away so I don't have to send in my receipts then get reimbursed.

Absolutely amazing service
We couldn’t be happier with Nationwide insurance coverage. Our pup had to go to the emergency vet (unexpectedly) and once I submitted the claim, it was processed within a week and we were refunded the highest amount based on our plan within 3 weeks. Customer service was extremely helpful when I was having a log-in issue and followed up to make sure I was all set. We are so happy Nationwide was recommended to us, and would definitely recommend to other pet owners!
