Second time was the charm! My first time dealing with this insurance when a previous dog died from cancer was a typical insurance nightmare. It took over a month for me to be reimbursed. This time, however, I submitted the claim and received payment less than a week later. Thank you!

Such a relief to have Nationwide
I have an aging dog with an increasing number of ailments. It is such a relief to have Nationwide Pet Insurance. I know I can always take her in to the Vet right away and not feel the stress of having to make tough decisions because of the cost of treatments. I can comfortably get the best treatment for my fur baby and know that I will be reimbursed within a few days. I’m so grateful at the service, and how fast the payment comes back. Great Customer Service with Fast and Easy Claim Resolution
What I like about Embrace is that I was able to customize the policy terms to suit my needs and come up with a price that is affordable. Sending in claims is always easy and since I opted for direct deposit of my reimbursements, there is an even quicker turn around time to receive my money. Payments are also easily deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis so there is no monthly check to write. I checked into many other companies when I decided to purchase pet insurance, so I did my homework. My daughter also purchased Embrace for her dog upon my recommendation. Customer service individuals have always been pleasant and helpful when I have needed to speak to someone. I like their informative e-mails, offering pet information covering all aspects of pet issues to keep you informed.
