Not only was the online claim submission process easy and comprehensive, we were so appreciative of how promptly our payment was delivered. I always receive prompt responses when I submit a claim. Also, refunds are sent within two weeks of submitting a claim. I have had a great experience so far. I would not have survived without Trupanion.

So happy we had them when my puppy had emergency surgery!
My 5 month old puppy ate a sock and needed emergency surgery, and we're SO glad we had healthy paws. He was only 15 days into his active period when he got sick, and they reviewed his full medical history, surgical history, and had a direct deposit for 90% of our costs within two weeks of surgery. I spoke with customer service twice because this was our first claim and I had questions and forgot to upload some required documents, and both times they had the sweetest reps working and helped me out to get our records corrected. It was obviously a stressful experience, but they made it so much easier! Absolutely recommend!
