Everything was very intuitive and simple. I was able to adjust my deductible easily and change my premium. Trupanion removes financial implications
We had a very unfortunate and unexpected event happen with our Stella. She passed but not after we did everything possible to save her. Had we not had Trupanion we would have had to make a much more difficult financial decision versus simply a care decision. Afterwards, Teupanion worked directly with our vet to make payment. Our experience, as difficult as it was with our poor pup, was made easier because of the safety net Trupanion provided.
